Financing for Development: Responsible Investment; Financial Management for Efficiency; Project evaluation and Risk Management

The aim of the research is to prepare financing solutions under specific areas that would allow the interested party to achieve development goals. In case of investment – to ensure responsible investment principles. In financial management – to offer such financial management solutions that would lead to increase of operational efficiency of the interested party. In case of project evaluation and risk management – to offer optimal decision-making methods in the management of the project financial flows and risks.
 
Topicality and originality of the research:
The Third UN Financing for Development Conference in July 2015 (The Addis Ababa Action Agenda (AAAA) agreed a comprehensive Means of Implementation package for the 2030 Agenda. The principle of development effectiveness should be applied to all areas and can help to ensure that resources are effectively and efficiently targeted. This true of financial resources as well. Thus Solutions for Financing for development should include the responsible investment principles and should meet the company's long-term operating efficiency targets and should take into account project management approach and project risk management.
The choice of research methodology is emphasized with specific problem identification, problem investigation complexity and a choice of appropriate in a given situation simulation and (or) decision making methods, and the validity of the solution.
Theoretical contribution includes creation of the methodology and evaluation of the relationship between variables. Decisions can be given in various economical activities under given conception.
Responsible investment, effectiveness of investments, project risk management, project risk modeling.
